Georgie Megennis is an American/British racing driver, who competes in the American Rally Association Championship, piloting the M-Sport Ford Fiesta Rally3 car for Element Rallysport. A newcomer to rally racing, Megennis has participated in three ARA race weekends, earning a P3 in class at her first event (Oregon Trail Rally 2025), P2 in class in her second (Ojibwe Forest Rally 2025) and P1 in class at her most recent (Oregon Traily Rally 2026). These events were an impressive continuation of her first foray into stage rally, in which Megennis raced an M-Sport Ford Fiesta Rally4 with EDSL Sport in the British Rally Championship Jim Clark Rally in 2024.

Prior to her move to stage rally, Megennis was well known in the world of rallycross, having contested two seasons of the Nitro Rallycross NRX NEXT championship. Competing in both Europe and North America. Megennis drove the No. 9 entry for the Hansen Motorsport #YellowSquad team, collecting 12 podiums over 20 races.

In the 2021 and 2022 off-season, Megennis trained in Sweden with Kevin Hansen, European Rallycross champion and World RX multiple race winner. Debuting at the RallyX Nordic Superfinalen in Arvika, she captured one race win and finished an impressive sixth overall. In RallyX's 2022 season opener at Höljes Motorstadion, she won every race on track.

 

In 2019, Megennis tested a variety of open-wheel and sports cars. After winning a place at the ARX2 combine, she drove a Supercar Lites car for the first time and decided to pursue rallycross.

Away from the track, Megennis currently works with the founders of a tech startup delivering AI solutions to the office of the CFO. She is also Team Coordinator at Megennis Motorsport, responsible for event management and program execution. A resident of New York City, Megennis enjoys baking, playing video games, video editing and sim racing!
